How to personalize

After ordering, email clear athlete photos, the athlete's name, jersey number, team name, team colors, preferred cover title, video game or movie style, and any design requests to shopgamedaycustoms@gmail.com. Include your order number. Multiple posed and action photos help us create your custom design. The Bray football sample shown is an example; your set will be personalized for your athlete, sport and preferred theme.

For either loaded-disc option, share a Google Drive folder containing only the files you want included with shopgamedaycustoms@gmail.com and allow downloads. Include the order number and requested video order. Keep the folder shared until we confirm receipt. Files must fit within the DVD's 4.7 GB capacity; playable video capacity also depends on runtime and encoding. We will confirm the supplied files fit before production. Files are loaded before the disc artwork is printed.

Design proof

A digital artwork proof will be sent before printing. Please reply with approval or corrections within 24 hours. If no response is received within 24 hours, the artwork will be printed as shown.

This is a physical personalized collectible, not a playable video game. The playable-DVD upgrade contains only the customer's supplied videos. No game software is included. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
