From Your Photos to Game Day
Most Game Day Customs custom products are built from the photos, team logo and player information you send us. Here is the easiest way to get the best result.
1. Choose Your Game Day Pack or Custom Product
Start with a Game Day Gear Pack, Keepsakes Pack, All-Star Pack or any individual custom product such as a player shirt, poster, magazine cover, trading cards or 3D statue.
2. Upload the Files the Product Calls For
Gear Pack: upload your team logo.
Keepsakes Pack and All-Star Pack: upload your team logo plus clear photos of your athlete.
For other custom products, follow the upload instructions shown on that product page.
3. Put Player Details in the Notes
With your upload, include the athlete’s name, jersey number, position, team name, team colors, sport and any other details you want us to use. If a product has a special request—such as a different size for the bonus shirt in an All-Star Pack—put that in the notes too.
4. We Build the Design
Game Day Customs uses the files and information you provide to create the custom design for your order. If something important is missing or the files are not usable, we may contact you before production.
5. Production
Custom merchandise is produced after the order details are complete. Turnaround varies by product, current workload and whether blanks or special materials need to be ordered.
6. Pickup, Delivery or Shipping
Available fulfillment options are shown or arranged for the order. If you have a firm game, tournament, Senior Night or event deadline, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the date is realistic.
Photo & Logo Upload Guide
Photos
- Upload the original, highest-resolution image whenever possible.
- Sharp, well-lit photos work best.
- Action shots and full-body photos are especially useful for player designs.
- Avoid screenshots, heavily cropped images and pictures downloaded from social media when the original photo is available.
- If you have several good photos, send more than one so we have options.
Team Logos
- Upload the cleanest logo file you have.
- PNG files with a transparent background are ideal when available.
- Avoid tiny, blurry screenshots of a logo.
The quality of the finished custom design depends heavily on the quality of the files provided.
