How long do orders take?
Turnaround depends on the product, customization and whether blanks or materials need to be ordered. In-stock items can move quickly; custom and special-order items take longer. If you have a hard deadline, contact us before ordering.
What do I upload for a Game Day Pack?
Gear Pack: upload your team logo. Keepsakes Pack and All-Star Pack: upload your team logo plus clear photos of your athlete. Follow the product page instructions for any other custom item.
Where do I put the athlete’s name, number and other details?
Put the athlete’s name, jersey number, position, team name, team colors, sport and any special requests in the notes with your upload. Those notes are what we use to build the personalized design.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Use the original, highest-resolution image you have. Clear, sharp, well-lit action shots and full-body photos work best. Avoid screenshots, heavily cropped images and photos downloaded from social media when the original is available. If you have several strong photos, send more than one so we have options.
What kind of team logo should I upload?
Use the cleanest logo file you have. A transparent PNG is ideal when available. Avoid tiny or blurry screenshots because the quality of the finished product depends on the quality of the file supplied.
Can you make something that is not already on the website?
Yes. The website shows many of our most common products, but we also take custom requests and bulk projects.
Can you add my player’s name and number?
Yes. Many custom player products are built around the athlete’s name, number, position and team details. Include those details in the notes with your upload.
Do you make team or organization stores?
Yes. We can build merchandise programs and direct-link stores for qualifying teams, leagues, schools, organizations, clubs, promotions and businesses.
Do you offer fundraising?
Yes. Fundraising programs are planned individually so the products, pricing and amount earned by the organization are clear before launch.
Can Game Day Customs set up at our event?
Yes. Use our event request page to ask about games, tournaments, school events, festivals, fundraisers and mobile pop-ups.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes. Contact us with quantity, sizes, artwork, deadline and print requirements for a quote.
Can personalized items be returned?
Because personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. If we make an error or an item arrives defective, contact us so we can make it right.
